In August, Majesco announced the new video game for Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel. The game for the Wii and the Nintendo DS will be released in advance of Twentieth Century Fox's theatrical release of the movie on Christmas Day. Developed by ImaginEngine, the game features The Chipmunks (Alvin, Simon, Theodore) and The Chipettes in exciting, multicity performances where players match the musical timing and rhythm to gain fans and break records.
